What do I do if my order arrives damaged/unusable? 
Contact me directly - I am happy to replace items or refund you with photo evidence
Please note replacements for items that I don't keep in stock is about 3-5 weeks 

When will my items ship? 
I ship items every Monday morning, once shipped, tracking will be sent to you directly
